We have been in the IT industry for many years and one would think that having spent so long in an industry, you would have seen it all. But sadly, we continue to come across clients who have been taken for a ride by other IT Companies. We continually discover clients who were overcharged and services were under-delivered.
We don’t think its all that difficult to provide reliable, honest and affordable IT Support to businesses. It does mean having a sense of pride in the service you are providing, and of course – having great staff. We take alot of pride in our service and highly value our staff members.
